Elmo is one of the most favourite potty training characters and it’s now wonder, because this little guy has a lot of personality! Potty Elmo is not a drink and wet doll like Potty Scotty and Potty Patty, he is a pretend potty training doll.
Instead of actually drinking and wetting, Potty Elmo just pretends to drink and go to the potty. When you squeeze Elmo’s hand, he will ask for a drink. While drinking, a hidden switch in his mouth is activated and once he is finished drinking, he will ask to go to the potty.
When you put Elmo on the potty, he sings a cute potty song that the child can sing along to and he sings a different song if he doesn’t make it to the potty in time! Sometimes Elmo will sit on the potty, but he won’t need to go..this makes it a bit more realistic for the child.

Is Potty Elmo a Good Product for Potty Training?
Potty Elmo is certainly a fun filled way of learning to use the potty, but personally I believe that a drink and wet doll combined with Dr.Phil’s one day potty training method is more effective.
